Service Description

In this session, breathwork, Thai massage, and traditional massage are used to give my client a tailored experience. Starting with a breathwork session, we oxygenate the blood and calm the nervous system before the bodywork. We will address the muscles, tendons, ligaments, veins, and nerves in the body to help improve, mobility, relaxation, balance, and flexibility. With each session, clients are expected to see improvement in these areas.
